One week pharmacokinetics method development
Pharmacokinetic studies focus on the fate of drugs in vivo, and service as the key parameter for PK-PD and PK-Tox studies. Through the detection of drug exposure level in vivo, GenScript ProBio establish PK-PD correlation, to support antibody/protein engineering, optimize dose and frequency during in vivo efficacy studies. A. Antibody biosimilar were administered into monkey by I.V., the antibody concentration was determined by PD1 based on ELISA, and the PK parameters were calculated by WinNonlin.
A. According to the results, 5ug/mL and 1ug/mL test antibody can full saturate the target in monkey and human WBC, respectively.
